To celebrate the 60 Anniversary of Chinese National Day and Heritage, the Association of Chinese Cultural Promotion Canada is working with Donnelly & Associates to produce Vancouver Chinese Cultural Festival’09 at Plaza of Nations on October 2 – 4, 2009.  VCCF’09 will present a unique three-day festival which features pavilion displays, sponsor exhibits, Chinese food experience and non-stop Chinese entertainment. The festival will include matinee performances and exhibits as well as ticketed concerts in the evenings. The performances on stage will include both modern and traditional performers, featuring a fusion of Chinese influence of live music, dance, fashion and art all on one stage. Each part of the show celebrates the excitement of the New and Old Chinese culture influence. The event will also display the experience of Moon Cake Festival with lanterns and a wide variety of activities.
                                     
Dates and Times from Oct. 2 to Oct. 4, 2009

October 2 from 6pm to 11pm：

招待會及大型開幕式及交響樂音樂會 VIP Reception, Opening  ceremony and a concert with Silkroad symphony Orchestra and a famous Chinese pianist, Mr. You Yang coming from China Central Conservatory of Music , solo by Mr. Cui Zongshun, a famous Chinese Bass and Ms. Wang Ying, a famous Chinese soprano.

October 3 from 10am to 11pm：

展銷，中華美食及文藝表演 featured with Chinese food, music and costumes of Chinese heritage. Performance stage will feature highlighted performers throughout the day.

October 3 from 7pm to 9pm：

中秋文藝晚會 Mid-autumn Variety Show performed by China Jilin Song and dance House, a famous Chinese Group for CCTV Chinese New Year Gala Show and famous soprano Ms. Liu Chunmei

October 4 from 10am to 6pm：

展銷，中華美食及文藝表演 Same as daytime program in Oct.3

October 4 from 7pm to 9pm：

大型晚宴（溫哥華四季酒店） Gala night at The Four Seasons Hotel,Vancouver.
